4. First come, first served. Registration for programme items closes automatically once the capacity limit has been reached.

• Your Thrive+ festival ticket booking cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.

• It is not possible to use this ticket/these tickets for other dates.

• You must print out the enclosed Print@Home admission ticket and take it directly to the ticket control, where you will receive your admission wristband.

We are endeavouring to provide translation into German, Italian and English – please bring headphones and your smartphone with you. The translation will cover the programme items on the main stage and will be provided via an app. You will need your headphones to listen.
