Workshop: Using AI and staying digitally resilient - New skills for the working world of tomorrow

Participants will understand how AI is changing the world of work and which skills will be crucial in the future. They will learn to view AI not as a threat, but as an opportunity – and how to use AI tools strategically, creatively, and critically. The new world of work – How is AI changing our everyday lives? Practical examples: How is AI changing different industries and professions? Discussion: What fears and opportunities do participants see? Skill shift: Which skills will be in demand in the future? (e.g., critical thinking, creative problem-solving, digital competence) Takeaway: AI won't replace people – but people who use AI effectively will replace those who don't.

Registration required

The Thrive+ Festival will be held mostly in German and Italian.
