Panel discussion: Change and diversity – how do we become an inclusive and regenerative society?
In a world marked by crises, transformation, and profound upheavals, one central question is becoming increasingly urgent: How do we manage not only to accept our social diversity, but to use it as a strength – for a future that is inclusive, just, and regenerative?
This panel discussion brings together five impressive voices who, in very different ways, work every day for equality, visibility, and social change – in South Tyrol, in Italy, and beyond.
Together, they will discuss the challenges we have not yet solved today – and the enormous potential that lies in diversity, intersectional justice, and genuine participation. It's about concrete visions: What needs to change structurally, culturally, and politically so that no one is "included" anymore – but truly belongs?
Look forward to a profound, powerful discussion with perspectives from activism, politics, media, research, and community work, all united by one thing: the unwavering will to actively shape social change.
